Returns And Exchanges

30 days to return

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 30 days from the date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and tags still attached, to the address below.

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Please note we are an online based company only. The above address is only for our returned items.

Please note we do not accept hand delivered returns to the above address as a means of returns. Parcels returned this way will be rejected.

Items must be returned in a saleable condition, for example we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hairs etc.

Any worn items or items ripped during being worn cannot be fully refunded due to not being in a resalable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at; sales@suitsndresses.co.uk

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

How long will it take to process my money back into my account ?

Please allow up to 12 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We will send you an email when this has been completed for you. Bank account payments will take up to 5 working days, for PayPal payments it will take up to 2 working days.

Will you refund me the original postage I paid ?

We ask our customers to pay for the return postage back to us. We will indeed refund the full amount paid for the item. When returning your item, the free gift has to be returned with the product purchased. If the free gift is not returned a charge of £2 will be deducted from the refund amount.

I have not received my refund ?

It can take around 2 weeks for your refund to be returned to you from the date you post your item(s) back to us. Please allow 12 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We will send you an email when this has been done.

If after this period you still have not received a refund, please email us; sales@suitsndresses.co.uk, with your order number as the subject line. 

Where is my item ?

You should receive an email from us with your individual tracking number, which will end in GB. You can then track your item from the following link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Will SuitsnDresses be providing a returns label ?

Customers are asked to pay for return postage.
